Deborah and Sara Simeone co-founded NoCodeLab.ai in 2025 to close the AI skills gap: teaching people and teams to plan, prompt and build real tools with AI and no-code platforms, and to think like engineers while they do it, working with scale-ups, founder-led businesses and corporates.
Most organisations are already trying AI. Far fewer have turned pilots into everyday practice, and access to tools rarely means people feel confident using them. NoCodeLab.ai focuses on that gap: building skills, habits and clear ownership so AI becomes part of how the business works.
NoCodeLab.ai is keeping its base in the UK, where it proved its model in Manchester with public, private, government and academic partners. Supported by IDA Ireland, it is commencing client engagement in Ireland. Work in the EU and US is also a priority for 2027, alongside launching new products that build AI proficiency for non-technical teams.
